Admissions Process
Step 1: Inquiry or Tour Request
We encourage all prospective families to start by scheduling a tour or submitting an inquiry.
- Tours are available Monday–Friday by appointment.
- Meet our teachers, visit classrooms, and learn more about our curriculum and values.
Step 2: Application Submission
After touring or speaking with our staff, families can complete the PLS Academy Application Packet, which includes:
- Application form
- Emergency contact form
- Health and immunization records
- Signed Parent Handbook acknowledgment

Step 3: Family Interview & Child Observation
For students over 12 months, we may schedule a brief classroom observation or parent meeting to ensure a good mutual fit between your child and our learning environment.
Step 4: Acceptance & Enrollment Confirmation
Once accepted, families will receive an official welcome letter along with:
- Enrollment confirmation form
- Tuition agreement
- Start date information
A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot.
